I had to bring my toddler with me during my appointment because of various reasons and Dr Den and all the staff were very accomodating and kind to let me pacify, breastfeed and put him to sleep first in one of the rooms before starting my consultation. When he dozed off in the stroller they let me bring him and stay right next to me while I had my botox. I dont believe other clinics would be so understanding about this situation thats why Ill definitely come back to them.

I first learned about Remedy via ads on Instagram. I checked their account and thought, “Why don’t I try this clinic?”. I’ve been struggling with acne since I was in high school. I’ve tried a lot of treatments (facials, topics, oral antibiotics, etc), which have been effective for a moment but the effects were not long lasting. I also suffered from acne scars and marks. I’m very happy with my Remedy experience. First, the doctors (Dr. Hannah and Dr. April) are able to explain the treatments well. They are very accommodating and patient. Second, the staff are nice, and I feel very welcomed whenever I enter the clinic. Third, the clinic has superb ambience. The lighting, the music, the furniture, the equipment - everything is well maintained; and it even smells good. So far, I have tried Hollywood laser, Acne cleanse, and 360 acne scar treatment. I’ve noticed that my skin improved a lot. I’ve also been receiving compliments about my skin. I have little no breakouts, and my scars have lessened, making my skin smoother. I’ll definitely continue with my treatments. This type of skin care  and self care is definitely a worthy investment.

It was my first time visiting Remedy Skin Solutions yesterday. I honestly did not know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and professional the entire staff was. Ive been a client since 2020, and as an impatient person i usually have 2-3 different facial clinics that i visit every month. Sadly, all of them did not meet my expectations when it comes to my concerns. After few months of visiting, my face improved a lot!!! I swear by their treatments (HLF,595 and Acne Cleanse). Since I have concerns about my acne marks and skin pigmentation, I tried Remedy's Hollywood Laser Facial. At first, I was so scared to try because it's my first time but it went well. I absolutely love Remedy ! I suffer from perpetual hormonal acne (not on birth control anymore) and remedy helps me manage the cystic breakouts (i go at least once every 2 weeks) with affordable cortisone shots. They have very convenient offers for laser treatments for acne scars too. My favorite part is that they have the best customer service - they are one of the most professional and prescriptive skin clinics out there made specifically for treating acne - they’ll treat you like a vip once you are part of their roster :)

One of my highlights for this year was when I visited the Remedy Clinic. I've been adamant to visit derma clinics for quite some time as I have been disappointed with my previous visits on other dermatologist but definitely not on Remedy Skin Solutions. Doc Kristina is very patient-centric and she was able to break down and identify what could be the causes of my break outs and I can definitely see and feel her concern for my skin to improve. The staffs are all super friendly and warm, it was always a breeze whenever I visit the clinic. The clinic's overall ambiance is also welcoming and not intimidating, it was like visiting your best friend's home. A month after my last visit in the clinic and 2 Hollywood Facials with 2 Acne cleanse sessions and Remedy Skincare routine, I am now seeing improvements on my face and the acnes have cleared up, all that's left were scars. Currently on my 3rd month with Remedy (combination of Hollywood facial, 595 laser, 360 acne scar treatments) and I can already see the improvements. Just be sure to follow the regimen religiously and have your treatments done on the recommended schedule. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. From the consultation up to the treatments, everything was organized. The regimen and treatments were discussed thoroughly and the place itself is aesthetically pleasing. I’ve developed acne as sideffect of my medication for another health condition and been receiving treatment from a different derma clinic for over a year, unfortunately there was no improvement. I've been going to Remedy since July 2020 and have only maintained with them until today. I have been having breakouts since I was in my teenage years and Remedy has helped me overcome this over the years. The treatments they have together with the maintenance products really do wonders and it is not an overwhelming number of products.
